Practice of Parallel Algorithm 

“Practice of parallel algorithms”: This book is divided into two units. In the first unit, Introduction to parallel programming, there are parallel programming base knowledge (parallel computer system with the structure model, PC clusters and parallel programming), parallel programming guide (MPI, PVM HPF and OpenMP etc.) and parallel program development methods (visual parallel programming environment, parallel program debugging and performance analysis and optimization of parallel programs, etc.). In the second unit, On the parallel algorithm programming, there are nonnumerical parallel algorithms (sorting, string matching, graph theory, combinatorial optimization and so on) and the MPI parallel programming and numerical algorithms (matrix operations, linear equations solving matrix eigenvalue calculation and Fourier and wavelet transform) and MPI programming. This book is for senior undergraduate students and graduate students. This book is also available in the parallel program design and implementation of scientific computing.
