ZHANG, XinMing received the B.E. and M.E. degrees in electrical engineering from the China University of Mining and Technology, Xuzhou, China, in 1985 and 1988, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science and technology from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 2001.

Since 2002, he has been with the faculty of the University of Science and Technology of China, where he is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Computer Science and Technology. From September 2005 to August 2006, he was a Visiting Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Daejeon, Korea.

Dr. Zhang is a member of IEEE(08), TPC member of ICCIT 2008-2011 and NCM2008-2011, Principal Investigator of the National Natural Science Foundation of China under Grant 61073185 and Grant 60673171, and have published more than 60 papers in wireless ad hoc & sensor networks.
